Ususally I just say it but in this case should I tell her slowly. I just turned 13 and he's going to be 15 soon. Would it even work out? Also I don't want my friend to think I hang out with her only for her brother. And I think he only thinks of me as his little sister's friend. What should I do?

Maybe you should ask your friend if she can ask her brother if he likes you? You should prepare yourself for your best friend not wanting you to like her brother. Maybe she wouldn't be okay with it. So maybe you should not tell her completely how you feel about her brother, but tell her that you think he is cute, but that's it.

I imagine things won't change other than the fact that he will now know how you feel, and that might just make you feel awkward when you're around your friends house knowing he knows but doesn't feel the same.
Chances are (like most crushes) it will be one sided and you will have to get over these feeling without anything ever having come of it, so I think by keeping this to yourself and pretending nothings happening, its a less awkward situation all round.
