I am 23 years old and I really like this girl I work with, the problem is... she's only 16. I really don't care that she is only 16 but I worry that others will.

I guess my question is should I ask her out and ignore what others think or try to put her out of my mind (not going to be easy at all). I know what I WANT to hear but I'll listen to all opinions.

Hi, I know how you're feeling and you think everyone else will make comments, but deep down all that matters is how you and this lady feel. If you feel that you want to be with her, then that's yours and her choice. As long as you're happy, that's what matters.
