Sweetie the only way things can get any better is to get yourself on some meds. I dont know how the us works but here in the UK there is help for people who can not afford to pay for the medication they need and they can get it free. Please go and see your doctor and ask if they can advise you on the way to get some financial help. You see once you are on medication, the world will look like a different place because you will be in control not your disorders, only once you have sorted yourself will you be in a stable enough position to look out for your sister, it looks like it is down to you, as both your mother and brother sound like useless role models - so please get your medication sorted so that your sister can see someone from a similar upbringing to so many, helping themselves to the lives that they could have rather than settling for the shit one that they have been dealt.

Take care x

How do you tell someone your age and with your family background that every thing is just going to be ducky? Well,My life has been one big roll of toilet-paper too. A mother and father who fought like cat's and dog's divorced when I was around 6,years old. And being orally raped by a dirty, old, neighborhood man had no doubt messed up my early sexuality, still messed up you could say. But I live with it,as best I can. Guess, My life has been both a blessing and a curse, yet I have still found the time to love myself, and best of all to love others. So what am I saying? Is just this. If you can acuire an overload of "Self-Love". You can get through these bad times, Yes! I made it and so can you.

Love from the Philippines.

It's a good sign that you are noticing the issues you have and are willing to get help for them, that's the first step. You need to speak to your doctor, or maybe a teacher at school. you need to let someone in authority know what is going on in your life because if you are feeling suicidal it is vital that you tell someone. Unfortunately no-one can change your family, those are choices they have to make for themselves and there is no quick fix to this situation but i do wish you luck and keep us posted as to how you get on.
