I think that you can like someone alot over the internet, but never having met them i dont feel that you can call it an exclusive realtionship as you not together, dont know how each other behaves, dont know how you would get on without the safety of the net etc... but i wouldnt say its not possible to fall in love but being in love is a lot more than just words on a screen... Its a less personal thing on the internet and if you want it to me then take the plunge... meet up and see how goes, you might not like each other in the flesh, but it might be worth giving it a go, as well distance can always be altered if you want something to work... but if you are happy carrying on and not knowing each on a more personal basis then carry on, its up to how you feel and what you want from this, as you dont really know how many others hes talking to or indeed if he already has a girlfriend, it could be he feels he loves you but equally you could be that little lifeline he needs to the outside world.. its very hard to tell if someone genuine on the internet, but if your comfortable then so be it, but if you wnat it to me more ask him.
