But me and this guy really do like each other and i am finding it hard to say no to him. Please help?

Can this guy move departments so he is not working with your brother? Or get another job?

Talk to your brother again and say that you will never come to the work place and will make other compromises.

Good Luck!! xx

i do think its fair that you take your brothers feeling into consideration as if your relationship ends badly with this man then your brother may well be left stuck right in the middle. i would look at other options, or talk to your brother together and ensure him that it will not have to be uncomfortable for him, also take into consideration he may no this man alot better than you and doesn't want you to get hurt.

Well, a bit of exercise might do his back some good - call it physiotherapy if you like!

I can't see how it would make it hard for your brother though. If it bothers him that much tell him to find another job.
