reader, anonymous, writes (3 September 2006): Listen. Only in the world of porn are women's breast perpetually perky. Men are idiots for thinking that ALL women need to look at the "standard" of porn women. This is an unrealisitic view and unfair to REAL women.
Women who have huge breasts will sag slightly anyways; very rare they stay firm and perky after a certain age as well as after having children.
Since having children and nursing all four of them; my breast have reduced in size. At first they were full and bigger. As I lost weight, they became smaller.
I struggle with having smaller breasts as well as darker nipples but my BF adores my breasts the way they are...he thinks they are perfection.
A loving man will desire you and your breasts no matter.
Besides, my bf is more of an "ass" man and I am lucky to have a cute butt. *wipesforehead* *wink*
Try push ups. I do 50 push ups. I do them with hands to the side of my ribs, above my head when my hands form a diamond, hand out to the side and away from my ribs, and the standard push ups.
Start slowly. Do five each way and do the "women's" push ups to begin. You will get the upper body strength eventually to do the "men's" push ups and raise the number of reps.
