Unless you have had a natural childbirth, and even then, your vagina is elastic so should conform to any size within reason. I smallish but hard penis is better than a bigger one that is not so hard so that is more of an issue than initial size. The aim is for you both to experience sexual pleasure and this can be improved by manual fondling which is often needed by women anyway. Try experimenting with different positions. One that can enhance sensation is for the woman to close her legs together which gives an extra tightness to the process. Another is for you to put your hand around your vagina as his penis enters and just guide it in, you can stimulate youself at the same time.
