At the time I was upset but fell in love with him and realized that age is just a number.....right!?! U has a bit of a hard time with his mum because of my age but thought that recently we had been getting on well....! The other night my bf sis in law got drunk and told me that my bf mum doesn't really like me and thinks I'm to old! Now I don't know what to do or how to be around them....!! Do I follow my heart or listen to his mum...????

Age means nothing when love is the truth. Well, unless 15 is gonna get you 20, then you'd better wait.
But, seriously. You should not worry about the age. If you see the age difference when you look at him, then you may want to reconsider, BUT, if when you look at him you only see HIM, then don't worry about then age, however make sure he feels the same. 5 years is nothing. I have a friend whose oldest son from her 1st marriage is only 5 years younger than her new husband,, Awkward? to some,, but not to them. They are almost 9 years apart,, so again, don't worry about the age.
Talk to your parents, ask them the simple question.. "When you two fell in love, and you looked into each others eyes,, did you see their age? Or the person you want to spend the rest of your life with?" See what they say.
Have fun, live and love on.
