I've asked him if mine do and he says no.I thought that maybe it was because it was dark. However the other day in full daylight his pupils actually dilated the whole of his iris so his eyes just looked totally black. I mentioned this to a close friend of mine who suggested he could be taking drugs as it wasn't normal. It's got me concerned now, has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Pupil dilation is very normal during sex, as the blood vessels open up. People have involuntary dilation when they are looking at someone they are attracted to, but it is also connected to sexual excitement. However, you are also right that extended eye dilation over a long period of time is a sign of drug abuse as certain drugs (cannabis/ ecstasy etc) are known to cause eye dilation problems. It can also be a sign of serious medical conditions like brain injury when it happens persistently over a long period of time. However, in the case of your boyfriend, it sounds like he just gets 'mickey mouse' eyes when you two are getting frisky so try not to worry.
