writes:I have been in a relationship for 2years and 2 months. He never takes care of me, he's always complaining about not having Money. Whenever I bring up the issue, he's like how will I know your needs when you don't ask me? I decided not to ask him for anything since he's claiming he doesn't have. He's not even bothered on how I take care of my self. I need an advice

 I don't really understand your question. Are you complaining that he doesn't pay his way or that he isn't paying for the things you cannot afford/gifts?
If its the latter then you need a sugar daddy not a boyfriend. If you need money form him then the question should not be why isn't he paying but rather why arnt you paying for yourself.

If you mean he doesn't take you out, he's cheap, doesn't give you birthday gifts; or if he's stingy. Get a new boyfriend.
If you're talking about paying your bills and just giving you money; you're out of your mind. Get a job and take care of yourself.
