 Dont just say boys behave this way- I recently broke up with my girlfriend, and wanted to be friends... Short lived. She wrote me, saying to the effect, "Take me as I am. I'm not changing for you... You can be very annoying, you need to stop. There are alot of little things you do that piss me off. They cant continue."
But to be of more helpful, some people are "glass is half full" and some people are "glass is half enpty". You just have to realize, people have different outlooks, and if you think them wrong, that's 100% all you, and the only thing you can do is disagree.

 Because we allow it. People only treat us how we allow them to. If he is treating you badly, be busy and unavailable. Don't put up with it. He'll learn that he can't treat you that way if you don't stick around for it. Good Luck.
