 I think that he does still love you, and that this is just a drunken mistake. However, it was a very, very stupid mistake. It has shown how little self-control he has, and that, just like this entire situation has done, has shown that he will not be easy to trust.
I would say that you will be able to trust him, but if he loves you, he will make certain that he does not put himself in any condition to do something so stupid again.
