 You both have to sit down and talk about this, you cant let it slide as its one thing your disliking.
Its really up to you, if you dont like it then let him know when you both sit down and talk.
Have you both ever talked about this since you've together?
If not then as above, you both need to talk. Remember, he cant know if you dont say out.
Talking is really the key here. Express how you feel about it.
For anal, there's always lube which would take alot of the pain away as far as i know. Its down to you to talk to him.

For oral, it is something most guys (unless they have an emotional problem) enjoy allot. Understand why you don't want to or like the idea, then tell him. Maybe you both can compromise so that your both happy. One is "its dirty", if so, wash it. Wife and I always bath before sex.
