Right, so last night my boyfriend and I were relaxing in front of the t.v and having a chat, then he starting hinting that I should go gym more often....

My gut reaction was like Pfft! why? I used to go gym all the time for 6 months flat, but I recognised no change and stopped goin i only go sometimes now when I feel like it. Anyway I asked him why, and he replied well you have put on weight.

Im a healthy size 10 sometimes an 8!!

What does he expect a page 3 size zero or something!?

It really annoyed me because I always am conscious bout my weight, and I try and eat healthy and eat no junk!

I got really upset about this and sheded a few tears?

What am I to do?

I feel like i aint good enuff?

Suggest to him that it might be great if you go to gym together.

Have fun!

I must say, that was insensitive on his part. but as said before, although you may have gained no weight, you might need toning. If muscles aren't exercised regularly then you may bet a little flabby, it have to exercise all the time so I can at least not be flabby, I've been losing weight, but I still look fat. Don't feel bad honey. He was quite insensitive though. Tell him how you feel, if you do feel like you could use a little toning, suggest exercising together, it can be a fun activity that will be good for you both.

nettles agony auntYou may not have noticed any change but maybe you were fitter or more toned when you were going to the gym and now you've stopped he's noticing you changing a bit.

If he hinted during a chat, he was trying to spare your feelings (obviously he didn't do a good job but he is a man!)

As you are a size 10, you definitely do not need to lose weight but perhaps you would feel more confident about your body if you done some exercises at home.
