My advise, do not stress yourself. Just last week my b/f did exactly the same thing to but called a few days later and turns out that he was just busy with work and stressed out at the same time. So maybe you b/f is doing just the same give him a little space and when he is all better he will be calling you more times than you would like. Some men just want you to give them space and when you do they come back all new and give you all the attention you deserve. Good luck and relax.
