Perhaps he feels pressured to do so and that is affecting him in some way. Generally speaking, the longer sex lasts, the more difficult it is to ejaculate because the ol' todger tends to get immune to sensation after a while, so the longer you go at it the more unlikely it is to happen.
Next time, forget the foreplay (I know - Shock! Horror!)and let him get straight into it. I know that's not ideal for you, but just the once, pretend you want him right NOW and see what happens. If you have an orgasm, fine, if not - fake it, that might spur him on to finish.

If this is something that has happened suddenly I'm sure I'm not the only person who would say that he needs to see a doctor immediately!
However, there could be some psychological issues that are taking precedence for your boyfriend at the moment. Are there any issues at his job, family, finances, issues between the two of you? If so, that could also be a reason for his lack of ejaculation (stress).
So, the bottom line is; go see the doctor.
Hope this helps.
