if he can then I don't see the problem.. my husband cannot bring me to orgasm. A fact. NOT going to happen. Yes it bugs him no end but it is what it is. Does not mean I do not love him... does not mean he does not rock my world... just one of those small things I take care of myself....
if he is totally unable to climax he needs a medical work up.

 Can he orgasm on his own? Is he on any medications? Is this a new problem or a long term problem?
If the answer to the first is yes, he should go cold turkey for awhile to make sure he hasn't desensitized himself.
If yes to the second, he should talk to his doctor to make sure this isn't a side-effect.
If yes to the third, see number one and make sure there isn't any recent stress in his life.
