He's not rough with me and I understand that having sex means your body is in positions it is not used to being in. But is this normal? It is really putting me off having sex with him, if I am hurting all over the next day. Reply to this Question Share |

Don't have sex in positions that your body is not used to being in until you do some stretching and warming up. Start a daily or three times a week exercise regimen. You may be simply out of shape.
You say he isn't rough with you, but I beg to differ, if your ribs are hurting he's tossing you around and holding you pretty damn tight. Tell him to stop it, you're not a blow up doll. A lot of men get their rocks off to porn and they think real women are supposed to be having sex in uncomfortable positions...but guess what, most porn star women have sex in the missionary position in a comfortable bed with their partners as it provides the most stimulation to the man and the most comfort for a woman, and of course they throw in a few standard positions, but sex between a loving couple is not all about 200 positions, it's called making love for a reason.

Sorry to hear about your pain. Do you have a physically demanding job? Workout regimen?
If not, Id suggest seeing a doctor. If its a common occurrence it could be an infection or a developing condition. Hope everything is okay :)

Its probably the position y'all in when y'all having sex. Just because it feels good while y'all doing it, da same time your body don't approve of it that's y u feel pain the next day. If trying a different position still causes pain u might wanna go to ur doctor cus it might be something else good luck
