We've both had a lot of them over a short space of time (2 or 3 in the space of about 2 weeks). What's also strange is where they came from, as we've been together for a year (i'm 100% sure of no cheating) and they've only just come up so I wonder if they're not an STI but something else. They appear suddenly as tender raised lumps and if you squeeze them you get some whitey creamy coloured stuff followed by blood. Much like the type of spot a teenager would get on their face only much more tender.

I would say go to your GYN. He/She will be able to look at them and maybe run some tests to see what is going on.
best of luck.

Hi, sorry to hear about this. I just had a peek at webmd.com to see what this site might say about it.

I think the only responsible advice I can give you is to go see your doctors right away. Sorry for not having any better news...
All the best.
