My best friend's really upset and I can't help

my best friend has been really upset for the last few months because she thinks shes really ugly and also she gets bullied for being lesbian by a lot of people, i have always been the one she leans on for help but im out of advice and i cant comfort her because she just disagrees with me! shes beautifiul an i want to help but its getting me down her ringing me every night crying when looking in the mirror saying the popular girls are so much prettier than her, shes my closest friend but i cant deal with it please help me :) 3
