SO my older brother has a friend that is my age. we have been talking to each other over the phone and online. we are NOT DATING but we both want to. There is a couple problems like my brother doesnt want me to date him, my mom wont let me date any guys yet and the distance. I can say that we fell in love over the phone and be for real about it... So i was wanting to know if i should ask my mom to start dating mind you i am 13? or if i should just leave him alone all together?? I guess it is like forbidden love...... I MISS HIM SOOOO MUCH when i dont talk to him and i get sooo depressed

 When your 13 it is still abit young to be dating older guys... Your mum and brother are kinda right about that!!
What you are feeling is probably not love either as you are still young and there is no way you can feel that just by talking over the phone. I would listen to your mum on this one ... Believe me they know best in the long run even though it may not seem it!! Good luck x
