I was exactly like you at your age.

and im still the same now at 17 sometimes.

youll allways have your hormones even when your like 40 odd

but i understand you want them under controll.

first of all your mother is your mother after all and im sure she'd appreciate it very much if you spoke to her about how you feel. talking does the world a good.

" a problem shared,is a problem halfed."

then make sure you have plenty to do when you get home like:

internet

texting

home work.

tv

books

or whatever.

and keep yourself busy untill your bedtime.

or take a nice hot beauty bath.

your not alone.

good luckxx

Is there anything going on in your life that your unhappy or upset about... Why you feel down when your on your own? If not, I would put it down to hormones. I've felt like this quite a few times, and just put it down to hormones ... I was a moody B**** one minute and fine the next. Still am now and again haha. Don't worry nothing is wrong with you! In the evening when you're not out, do something you enjoy... read a book, watch something, draw -Even do some homework! Lol. Hope this helps x
