writes:Hey well basically me and my friends were messing about and lets say I ended up with this unopened condom in my pocket(its a long immature story, lol). It was in my outdoor coat, so not one i would be going out in, but at the time i was out playing in the snow. Anyway my mum washed my coat, I thought nothing off it, untill I saw my gloves were on the side. The condom has gone... what will my mum think?? Shes not particularly strict or anything but jeeze... im a virgin and I dont know if shes gonna bring it up or what :S please help! x

Ask her to return your condom unless she wants to be a grandmother. Make sure you get a new one from your friend before the 'Use By' date - unless you've used it by then!

tbh i think she will be more pleased than annoyed or any other reaction as she will relise your at the legal age 16-17 and that you are prepared for any occasion that it could happen and im sure she would just like to have the usual "mum talk" that girls are supposed to have with their mum before their first time (or so i've heard) so im pretty sure she will mention it to you and ask you if you've had sex and the rest of the questionshope this helps :) x
