This is absolutely none of your business. Your mum is an adult and as long as she is non mistreating you in any way then really this is not your concern. If you really want to do something then tell her you know and you are happy for her.

Do what you're going to be wanting her to do in a few years- give her the dignity to have a PRIVATE sex life. The fact that she did such a good job not promoting it is a tribute to her.
You need to develop a close and tight relationship with your mother. Your going to be developing into a sexual being, and the BEST thing that a girl can have is a Mom that she can talk openly about sex with. While it may sound creapy, there are FAR WORSE things that can (and do) happen to young ladies that don't have someone to talk to.
Give her some room, and practice for what you want. Remember, in a few years you'll be able to ask her to act the same way.
