A little over two days later, I took Plan B because I worried about the pills not working since I missed taking them. I'm on the last week of my 28-pack and have yet to start my period. I had some spotting this morning, I thought I had finally started my period but I haven't seen anything more since. Could I be pregnant??

In the instructions for your birth control pill it tells you what to do if you miss a pill and most combination pills (not progesterone only) say you are still protected even if you miss a day. You can always take a pregnancy test to check and be sure.
