He also will make strange faces at me or stare at me for short periods of time. I would just disregard this because he will mess with a few other girls too, but I am not like them at all. They typically talk to him, and he doesn't insult me to mess with me like he does them. I am actually extremely shy, so I typically rebuff and slightly show disapproval for his actions, so I am quite different from the few other people. I also have little experience with relationships, and don't think of myself as the type of girl he would be interested in. He is also very flamboyant and always wants attention from people, and I thought he was trying to get laughs from his friends; however, I don't understand why he would pick someone like me to do that to when he already was doing it to a few other people.Well, anyway, thanks for reading this, and I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Hi my sweet,
I can't be sure whether or not he likes you. But, that's what happens when you ask strangers online about somebody's feelings... we can't get into his head, or even really see how he acts around you. If he is an attention seeker, maybe he just plays around with you to try and get a rise from the quiet girl in class. Maybe since you're shy and a little disapproving with him, that encourages him to try and knock down your walls. You might present him with a social challenge that he enjoys trying to crack.
Or, maybe he likes you.
It's hard to tell with flamboyant attention seekers - it could be all about you, or it could just be all about him.
If you like him, maybe it's time to flirt back and be a little more forward?
Good luck!
