If you are emotionally turned on to the same sex and feel you need the same sex to be complete then you would say you are gay. You will have no control over your feelings. You will have a choice whether you act upon your feelings but whether you act on it or not, your feelings will be cemented in your soul.

no you cannot be sure whether you're gay or not because homosexuality is very frequent during the adolescence age so if u like givin a blow job to a guy or whatever sexual experience u can have with a guy its deeming as an experience that would lead u to make futur decisions about ur real sexual identity!! so now u might just be playin bt things can turn serius later on thats why u need to stop and convince urself that u r heterosexual (straight) and tha it was just an experience!! an be sure tha at ur age everybody might try homosexual practises an can like them bt it doesn mean tha they re gays..they just tryin things an like em thats normal
bt seriusly u need to stop or else u ll make urself a real gay later..remeber its u who decides ur sexual identity..its all a matter of education and habit

Are you gay? - Well, that's something I can't answer for you. Are you? Are you emotionally and physically more attracted to men than to women? Do you find yourself having fantasies about other men? Do you regularly watch gay porn? If you do these things then you might be gay - although every man engages in these things at some point in their lives. If you also fantasize about women and masturbate to thoughts of women, then you're not gay. You're either bisexual or straight, and I'd say you're probably just straight and experimenting. You had one gay sexual experience - that does NOT make you "gay" in the broader sense.
