I do agree with the above answer from lildev666, however if you are unhappy in your relationship then your children will suffer anyway. You have to follow your heart, dont stay with someone because you feel you have to.

Firstly the person you adore might not adore you! And is it worth loosing everything for lust...it not just your feelings you have to think about it the other people around you especially the children.
