It has been two weeks and with this, you cannot honestly and objectively say you know him well enough to come to a clare and concise conclusion.
You like him and you think he's fab, enjoy the reveal and do delight in taking it slow.
Telling him that he is the one may just scare him off as he may not be in the mindset to settle down. He could see it as being desparate and clingy.
Eventhough you may honestly feel this and want to declare it to the world; very few people can appreciate you are more feeling oriented and impulsive. This isn't bad; it is just how you are wired.
Have fun getting to know this young man.
Best Wishes.

You do not know this guy enough to push things forward.
Get to know him better first and take it slow.
Consider the implication of a long distance relationship as well.
When the subject comes up then be honest but if you mention it yourself now he may feel that you are rushing it.
Take care and good luck x
