writes: I recently returned from a holiday in Spain. I met a girl there and we got really close. She's British but lives in Norway and I live in the UK. I'm 15 and it would be difficult for me to visit her. She's 14 and is under the same circumstances. I really miss her and I don't know what I can do. It's getting me down. Any suggestions? reader, anonymous, writes (4 September 2006): I know a 14yr old english girl who lives in Norway! We talk all the time through email etc. Once a year she comes over or I go over there. Flights are really cheap. We're just as good freinds as when she left.

 Did you get her contact details in any form? You can email, instant message, text message, and talk over voice and web cam. There's lots of options! (We used to only be able to be 'pen pals'...). You two can stay in touch and then keep a look out for opportunities to see each other again some time.
