It was always on and off, he said it was my fault we had problems because I was so possessive and that I was jealous of his friends many of who were girls. In all this time I had never met any of his friends or family, so naturally I felt a little insecure. Anyway I found out he cheated on me and then I cheated on him not once but twice. Pathetic as it may sound, I was so angry at him and wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine. Basically it made things worse, we eventually got back together my hoping of a fresh start and that we could finally sort things out. It was great for about four months and we were getting on really well until he stayed with me for a week. After a night out I found he was texting 'I love you's and miss you's xxx' to another girl. I suppose I shouldn't have looked at his phone, but I did. I threw him out and sent him packing he turned round and said 'Well you're not my girlfriend are you?' after I had spent all week cooking, washing and ironing for him. Well I exploded and was dreadfully upset,he couldn't believe that I had dumped him (his words)??????? That was months ago and I have spent all this time trying to move on and get on with my life.Well yesterday I got a text out of the blue saying he was in town and did I fancy going for a drink. I have just ignored his text as I think he's trying it on. Why do men behave like this any answers????
