I have not broken my hymen; I tend to just stimulate my clitoris and the area around it.When I do masturbate, my stomach tends to feel like it's dropping (that's the only way to explain it, as if I'm on a ride like "The Tower of Terror"), and it feels wonderful. However, there is a certain point I get to, where a feeling floods my entire body for like two seconds, and then my legs start to shake, which makes it practically impossible to continue. If I stop and then start more slowly, it almost seems to hurt. Is this normal? Or can't I continue properly because I've just orgasmed? I'm confused, and would greatly appreciate other people's opinions.

It certainly sounds like you are having a very normal orgasm. (Orgasms probably feel about the same to girls as to guys, because men and women tend to describe the sensations in the same way.) And, if you only stimulate your clitoris and lips then you're like the majority of women who enjoy masturbation as a pleasurable activity. Your hymen can be a very special gift to your future love partner - hopefully, the guy you'll spend most of your life with.
Some people - both men and women - become VERY sensitive, even painfully sensitive, around the penis/clitoris at the end of their orgasm, and can't tolerate touch or stimulation for a while - maybe only a second or two, or maybe as long as half a minute. Not everybody gets these sensations, and they may not happen every time, but they are not unusual.
It's quite normal, "proper", and OK if you want to stop after your orgasm. Many people, both men and women, simply enjoy the relaxed, dreamy period after climax. You may hear it called "afterglow" or "coming down". But as a woman you may also have the ability to resume stimulation within a few seconds after climax - when it feels right and pleasurable to you - and have another orgasm. This ability is called "multiple orgasm". Some women can do it; others can't. (Guys get short-changed on this aspect of sex.)

Sounds like you are having orgasms to me! Wonderful feelings flood your whole body, you shake, and then you're hypersensitive. Sounds like an orgasm to me!

Hmmm... are you sure you haven't been experiencing orgasms?
I know that after I have an orgasm, I get really sensitive and can't go on as much as I may want to. It just hurts or feels uncomfortable. But that's only after I've had an orgasm; it doesn't hurt for me when reaching it.
Some people are just more sensitive than others 'down there'. I think you've been reaching orgasm, you just don't know it lol.
