If you're not in a relationship, then the question is how much time you spend at it. If it interferes with your work or your schooling, then it's too much. If it's how you choose to use your free time, then it's not too much, whether it's one, two or five times in a day. You're young, it's your body, you can't wear it out, so enjoy!
