Make a choice. Either:
(a) Accept that you can't fully satisfy him. It's hard to hear but if that's the way it is that's the way it is. As long as he is discrete and not taking the piss just let him get on with it. If he is not being discrete, if he is publicly humiliating you then move on to (b).
or
(b) Leave. You deserve better and you deserve to be happy.
