I've also dated tall, short, big boobed, small boobed, long legs, shorter legs with a long body, long hair, shorter hair, redheaded etc etc.
Point is? Men will choose whoever they want to really, so long as she has a cracking personality.

 A lot of things are tough to generalize. There is some data on a few things, mostly done by evolutionary psychologists, but some of it is disputed - for instance, lighter hair tends to indicate youth, which tends to indicate fertility, so blonde hair "should" be more attractive. But then, if that were true, you'd think there would be more natural blondes.
All of which is a complicated way of saying "it depends on the guy."
But you're asking about something common, like the preferences that most guys would agree on.
Some things are pretty well-established, though. A preference for a 0.7 waist-to-hip ratio is pretty much universal. So is the desire for a woman who is younger (by an increasing amount relative to the man's age), shorter (by about 4-6 inches), and basically symmetrical (especially in the face). Preference for breast size varies, but they're always better when they're naturally high-sitting (as in, gravity hasn't taken it's toll yet).
I've never seen any study indicating men prefer smarter or dumber chicks - maybe it has an effect, maybe not - but in practice, most guys I see end up dating chicks who are slightly less intelligent than themselves.
Of course, there are always exceptions (random tribes in the middle of nowhere with men who like fat women, for example).
There's a lot of interesting reading to do on this stuff. I'd recommend Satoshi Kanezawa (even though he believes in the blonde thing).
For what it's worth, me personally? I like slender body types, long-haired brunettes (as in, small-of-the-back long), and handful-sized breasts. I prefer smart women in theory, but slightly above-average girls tend to be nicer, so I end up mostly dating that group. Once she meets the minimum requirements for her looks, though, the most important thing is that she have a very feminine personality.
