A female Mexico age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I really need help, I'm feeling really sad because I'm having problems with my self esteem, usually I was a girl with a very high self esteem, but... recently I came out of a very difficult love relationship that end up with broken hearts. Also I'm feeling incredibly fat! Compared to my other friends I'm a cow (they are so skinny) and I went to a nutriologist to see if she could help me and she told me i was doind fine nothing was wrong with my weight! I dont get it! I'm so sad, really I don't know what I can do to make myself feel better. I don't have a boyfriend, I'm feeling fat, having problems with my best male friend and feeling kinda discouraged in all the other aspects of my life. If I don't take care of this soon I may end up with depression! please help :(

My sweet and lovely friend,I'm very happy and feel honored to reply you.Do you know how much beautiful you are!!!!!!!!!!! go to the mirror and look at yourself carefully and you will fill a princess over there. You will regain all your self esteem on the day you will change the way you think. Stop caring about the world and create a beautiful world of yours.Show everybody that you are the one, don't worry about the good and bad, just live like the queen because you are the QUEEN.

You're going through a bad patch, we all have them. Part of your problem is that you are concentrating on your weight and that is increasing your bad feelings and perpetuating your self-disgust at the moment. Ignore your weight, if your nutriologist says you have nothing to worry about, listen to her because shes a professional and knows what she's talking about. Start exercising and eating lots of fruit and vegetables, it'll make you feel healthier and therefore happier. Exercise boosts endorphins, the happy chemical. Maybe buy some new clothes and make-up if you can afford to. Start a new hobby that makes you happy. The main thing is, just don't sit around waiting to get happy. Make it happen by getting out there.

hope you feel better soon! :)
