Love triangle! This guy I like tells 2 other girls the same things he tells me! Should I move on?

I was dating this guy but things didnt turn out as great as i wanted them because i could feel that i was like in a love triangle between me and two other girls. Yes, i was the one he had and everything but he would tell me something and then go and tell those girls the exact same thing. So I ended things between us but unfortuanately i still really like him but i became really good friends with one of those girls and shes like madly in love with him and I have No idea what to do? Should i tell her that i still like him or should i just try to not like him?
