Love triangle gone wrong... Some advice, please?

Question - (13 October 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 13 October 2008)
A male United States age 36-40, *gentSands writes:

I was dating a girl who was the seven year girlfriend of the brother of a three year roommate of mine. He is also a co-worker with me.

The girl I was seeing was dumped by my friends brother and had been apart for 3 months. We started seeing each other for a month. She broke up with me to get back with the old boyfriend.

Basically now everybody is upset with me aside her. Now I am furious with her. I have confessed to my friend and emailed an apology to the bother/ex/current boyfriend. I don't know what kind of help is left for me. I was just hoping for some support or advice on where to go from here.
