writes: oh dear. i'm feeling like rubbish coz i went on my exes myspace (for sum reason) and there was a pic of him and his new gf on there and they look so happy, he's written some well sweet stuff about her too. i should be happy for him but it just made me cry and ive been sad ever since. we went out like years ago but he was my first love and i didnt get over him for years- i thort i was over him but obviously not. i know theres not much i can do but i just feel so sad. i have a boyfriend and i dont wana have feelings for sum1 else wen im with him, its horrible. i just need comforting i fink. can anyone help?

I think you just realised how happy they were and it just really upset you as he was your first love.. It is only natural to feel like that though and I hope that you come over this so you can carry on with your new boyfriend..
I would advise you to keep all your personal belongings you had when you were going out with this boy and put them all in a box... If his MySpace on MSN is still making you upset I would suggest you to delete that to and if you cant bear to loose him altogether, you can write his email down and put it into the box aswell... This way you can look back and remember good times, The past is the past and the future is the future...
