I can now stop my self pissing three or four times during a single leak. My question is firstly will this improve the time i can last? and is it dangerous to stop your self pissing, as i have also heard if you're one to hold your bladder really long all the time it can end up giving you gall stones in the long run.

I have read that if you insert your finger into your vagina and contract the muscles there to tighten on your finger that this strengthens the muscles used during sex, therefore supposedly making you tighter. I dont believe that it makes you last any longer though. x

you are confusing this for kegels I believe. The retraction of the muscles which you use during urination are rumoured to strenthen the muscles which allow for a longer and sustained erection. From what I have read some guys refer to their member growing in length after a prolonged period of kegels but I've yet to see any scientific proof .
Generally I believe females use kegel exercises to tighten their vagina muscles during sex.
From what it sounds like you have been misinformed and are putting yourself at serious risk of a urinary tract infection.
These muscles are not supposed to be retracted while you are actually peeing !!!
