Wow! It sounds like you're having fun! Keep having fun! What makes you think he doesn't like you? Is that a yes or no or can't there be different levels of the feeling? If he feels something really really strong he'll let you know, right? Because based on your description he doesn't strike me as the shy type. I'm guessing he kind of likes you but isn't sure and wants to spend as much time giving you sand penises until he figures it out. If all else fails, just kiss him. That's my advice.
