i think part of the problem could be that you are worrying about it too much. when you worry, you tense up and its more likely to hurt. i would suggest that you make sure that you take things slowly, make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. lots of foreplay will ensure that your body is excited and ready. take it slow and enjoy.
if you think that you have tried all this before i would recommend talking to your doctor-they will have more suggestions. xx

For some of us (I recon most) it takes time to get used to it and to widen the vagina out to fit the penis. If you wait for too long (like weeks) between each time in the very beginning when you start to have sex, it will probably hurt for a good while.
He needs to go slow, and you need to not go on for so long when you have sex. He doesn't "have" to finish, he can finish with his hand when you get sore. You should NOT keep up with the intercourse when you're sore and it hurts. Yes it will probably hurt all the time in the beginning, but give it a rest so you wont be too sore to try again the next day.
And yeah you need to try and have sex about every day or every other day, the more you have it the less painful it will be. Im not even a virgin, but after 4 months without sex (my boyfriend was abroad) it hurt the 4-5 first times after he came back, and we had sex basically every day. I even had to tell him I was getting too sore to continue some times.
