Have you asked him to do it? If you have just hinted at it, it's possible he isn't getting your hints. Be explicit and tell him what you want.

DoubleM agony auntIt may sound crass, but welcome to the world in which most women live where their mates often become complacent and unwilling or unable to provide sexual satisfaction for wives. Some call it familiarity, whereby the relationship has lost some or most of its excitement. I think that if you continue to withhold saucy and oral stimulation for him, he "may" begin to realize that normal and needed satisfaction is a two-way street. There are some books that provide encouragement and explicit instructions for pleasing a woman, but he must first have a desire and incentive to do so.

I still think your decision to withhold may help, and I cannot think of a better surefire solution to spark the husband to provide for you. However, i think that most men would like to think of themselves as manly sexual experts, to some degree, and maybe if you can plant the notion that he is a dud, or a dork in the sack, then maybe he may try to improve.
