I was very sore for a few days after losing my virginity and also sore after having sex at least half a dozen times after I lost my virginity. It is normal.
If you are having pain and burning during urination, you may have developed a UTI due to having sex. If you suspect you may have a UTI or a bladder infection, please see a doctor as soon as possible.
Urinating after having intercourse can help remove bacteria from the urethra and will help you avoid sex-related bladder/urinary tract infections.

The only "symptom" I can think of would be an STD or pregnancy from not using protection, but I assume you did.
Soreness is normal. Make sure next time you have enough foreplay so you are very turned on and it will help prevent that. I've heard of somewhat late periods before, but you shouldn't worry about it unless you skip it altogether.

It's not average that the first period after first sex gets delayed, but it can happen specially if you stress about it.
But I will assume you were smart enough to use a condom and birth control. So ther shouldn't be anything to worry about.
And yes a little soreness is not abnormal after all you were using muscles you normally don't. That will get better though.
