Question - (28 May 2010) 2 Answers - (Newest, 29 May 2010)
A female age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I have been out of work for a long time and i desperately want a job! I'm so bored being at home so much, and i feel that life is just passing me by. It's so depressing. I'm 26 years old and i feel i should be making the most of life while i am still young. I have applied for loads of jobs, with no luck, even though i have some good qualifications and experience. I would love to be a Beauty Consultant, or Beauty Therapist, or work with Beauty products in retail, and i would also love to do Counselling or Psychology. I have had other retail jobs and Admin jobs, and i used to study Performing Arts. I would also love to work in a theatre or concert venue, which would probably be part time, so i may be able to have two jobs.

I'm from the North West area of England. If anyone can offer any advice, post links to any websites, or let me know if there are any job vacancies in a company you work for, or let me know if you are an employer yourself who offers training wit hthe job, it would be very much appreciated. I would also like to travel at some point with this kind of work, if possible. I think for now, i would rather choose to work with Beauty and work in a concert venue or theatre, and i might study counselling or psychology another time in the future.

I worry about scams though, as i know some companies aren't genuine, and , if the company pays commission, i wonder if it would be enough to live on? At the moment, i live with my mother, and i am single, with no children. Thanks!
