I've spotted a cute new guy. Will he think I'm a stalker if I add him on facebook?

So theres this guy, who was friends with 1 of my exes who had came up to me(usually does talk to me if im near) and said hey and asked me for a hug....which he had never asked before. He even was walking all the way to my class with me. (If it wasnt for my bf to pop up) I had always thought he was cute, but i never really pictured us ever talking or anything. After that hug, i couldnt stop thinking about him. Later on that day, my fam and us randomly go outside and walk. I turn around and hes there driving by with his friends. He had such a big happy smile on his face. I was like freaking out because i had never seen him in my neighborhood before. and ever since that day, i cant get his name or face outta my head
