Hi Anon,
If you have small meals throughout the day, then it will help you lose weight. I know that a lot of women go on cabbage soup diets to lose weight starting about a week before their weddings so they look slim in their gowns. Cabbage soup is just veggie juice (like V8) and chopped up cabbage all stewed together. Some people add hot sauce to give it a kick, too.
I also know that it burns more calories to digest celery than the number of calories that celery actually contains. So you burn calorie simply by eating celery. You should supplement your meal with daily multi-vitamins to make sure you don't lack in essential vitamins and minerals, though. It will give you a head start to losing weight.
Lots of ice water helps, too. Because the water is so cold, your body works hard to warm it up, thus burning calories. Plus drinking water will really make you feel a lot better, too!
In the future, you might want to consult a dietician to find out what sort of a meal plan you should be on, because - obviously - this is not quite a healthy diet, but will help out in a jam. heh And exercise will help out, too - like pilates or something. You don't have to go to a gym to get a good workout, you know? :)

ok girl heres one, might notbe incredably healthy but works so well for me....providing you have access to slim fast bars......one in the morning, one at about 2, and one for dinne r but avoid eating after 7pm.......intake totals to about 700 cals a day....drink loas of water......i did this for two weeks and have lost about 10 pound! and i dont feel hungry....... i swear by this diet but... be carefull..
