I guess one meal a day could work for now...you say you are not hungry and you don't feel starved...But what exactly does this meal consist of? the thing is that at your age, its good not to stuff your face but you might risk not getting enough of the nutrients that you need, like calcium and iron and other vitamins that you need to have everyday. So are you taking a supplement? If not you should...
And 12 pounds in two weeks, sounds normal to me. People always drop a dramatic amount of weight in the first couple weeks of dieting. Its mostly water. And afer that, your weight loss will slow a little but you'll keep losing at a steadier pace.
My advice to you really is two things. Take a supplement (so you can keep healthy), and do exercise. Cause when you drop dramatic amounts of weight, your skin is not as supple as if you had always been thin. So to prevent flabby skin, I would start working out your muscles so you can tone them. You need to do cardio (jogging or whatever) to burn fat. And you need to do weights and calisthenics to TONE and get firm. And doing exercise on a regular basis will make you a super healthy person. So good luck.

To answer your question, if you really think you need to lose more weight, the best way is slowly! Cut out food with high a fat content ie.crisps and chocolate and take regular exercise. However, I'd like to ask you a question! Is this really about food and diet?! What I mean is, aside from your thoughts about your body shape, how do you feel about yourself at the moment? Are you having a tough time with friends and family or boy stuff or are there lots of things going on in your life at the minute? Sometimes life can be difficult and we can end up feeling really bad and instead of dealing with the things that are making us unhappy, we avoid them. We can avoid problems because we don't really know what to do to make things ok or maybe because we don't have the skills yet to deal with things. Sometimes, it's easier to think about weight and diet rather than the things that are really upsetting us. It's not about weight and food. It's about how you feel and how well you are coping with your life. Is there anyone you could talk to about how things really are for you and help you work out if there are deeper issue's beneath the body disatisfaction? If you can be sure that mentally you're ok and that you want to lose weight for health reasons, the best thing to do would be to visit your GP and ask for a refferal to a dietician. They will be able to offer guidance and support with diet as well as provide information should you want it on the negative effects of sudden, significant weight loss. Have a think! x

Don't forget to tell him about what you have been doing to lose weight in the mean time, such as cutting out all snacks and only eating one meal a day. Your doctor will be able to explain to you a good and healthy way to lose weight and will give you some support.
Also, never crash diet, as you will only gain the weight back, and then a bit extra as well. The best way to lose weight is slowly so it stays off. 12lbs in 2 weeks is too fast.
But see your doctor as well.

Dont just eat one meal a day. You will shock your system into stavation mode and you will start to gain weight. I know I've done that so many times. You have to eat three small meals a day and have snacks in between like a low fat yougert or a snack bar. The most important thing is to drink lots of water. It will trick your body into think you are full from food when really its just water. I hope that helps!
