I've known her for ages - how can we get back together?

Sooo...ive known this girl since 6th grade.we were bestfriends since 8th grade.we dated at the end of 9th grade (my first real and my only real girlfriend).and ended everything (stoped talking)the beggining of 10th grade and now im in 11th just starting,a year later and im still in love with her..im going crazy i dont know what to do.ever since we split up my life is falling apart.i dont enjoy things like i use too.and i know deep down she still loves me i no she does!its just her new friends hate me and she knows they wont approve of it (she always has to agree with the crowd to fit in).so she hides what she really feels but its like ive known her since 6th grade like at one point we were all we had (i know all her inner secrets).i want her back but i dont know how.i dont know how to approch her and see how she feels (shes so stubbern and dosent like exspressing love feelings).what should i do?
