He is really nice to me, cute, and is able to get me out of my shell and be myself when Im near him. Up until now I denied the fact that I liked him, but Ive accepted that now...but he has a girlfriend I believe. Also he always flirts with other girls, and sometime ago I lost the ability to talk to him normally because when hes near I begin to blush and I start saying mean things unintentionally to him. Also hes beginning to ignore me now because he used to(everytime he saw me) try and talk to me. But now since im nervous around him, I want to try telling him how I feel, but Im not sure if he really does have a girlfriend or notand Ive just been so confused about him lately. What exactly should I do...?

Obviously he is special because if he allows you to be yourself, and someone "better", he's a person worth keeping. But, if he talks to a lot of girls, that can mean a few things. First, he could possibly be a player. However, I dont know him, so I don't know for sure. Another reason might be because he's so darn popular other girls want to talk to him. BUT, are the right signs there. Does he take more time to talk to you? Does he sincerely seem interested in what you have to say? If so, maybe it's the start of something good and new. Before it starts, you really need to find out if he has a girlfriend! There are ways to find out, trust me! Just ask around, you can do it! And the reason he might not talk to you as much, is because he himself has excepted the fact that he likes you too. He's now shy and doesn't want to screw things up. Guys blush too(;
To sum up all this, find out if he has a girlfriend or not. If he doesn't, just be yourself and things will take their own course; in the right way. Good luck and know love will find you(:
